Vector vs Rester

Vector and rester are different genres of art. A vector as i knew it before is a unit in physics that had a speed and a direction, but in art it is a a picture made up of different paths or like brush strokes like you would use in illustrator. A rester is a French word that means rest, it is also a picture made up of different pixels like the ones you would make in photoshop. Vectors can be bigger files and made bigger without sacraficing quality, but rester's will become blurry if you try to make them too large
